Before You Buy It – The New 2017 Fiat 500X Review

2017 Fiat 500X review

If interested in a pint-size SUV, the new 2017 Fiat 500X may probably be what you’re after thanks to its nimble driving manners, thrifty fuel economy, decent interior accommodations, reasonable pricing, easy-to-use tech controls, and lots of safety features. The Fiat 500X release date should be expected sometime in the second half of 2017.

500L Bad – 500x Good?

Although the 500X has always been wanted in terms of utility, it compensates that with its appealing character and has done so ever since it debuted in the United States back in 2012. The company still offers the 500L, which offers impressive interior accommodations but falls short in just about every other quantifiable area.

Short Summary

The 500X is balanced in almost every aspect relative to the 500L, it offers more interior room, the available all-wheel drive provides added traction, and the elevated driving position enables the driver to have better exterior view. For the most part, there’s no denying the fact that it’s a successful formula.

Room For 5 But No Cargo

The exterior also gets a toughness update and looks pretty much like a raised version of the 500 model. However, the dimensions are rather meager when compared to the Volkswagen Golf. On the upside, though, it still manages to offer a seating capacity for five people but the cargo capacity is almost non-existent.

Nice Looking Interior And Affordable

While its interior may not be refined as other vehicles, the price point of this Italian brand makes it a compelling choice nevertheless. The materials used on its interior are however upscale and comes equipped with latest technologies, for example, Chrysler’s Uconnect touchscreen interface. Surprisingly, other features available on the 500X include forward collision warning and mitigation, lane departure warning, blind-spot monitor with rear cross traffic alert, and a heated steering wheel.

Tough Competition

Its road manners whilst on the road are quite appealing, as is the power generated under the hood. But even with such an alluring review above, the new 2017 Fiat 500X isn’t the only vehicle that id offered in the entire subcompact SUV segment. Other alternatives include Honda HR-V, the Mazda CX-3, Nissan Juke, and the Jeep Renegade.
