2017 Audi A7 Review

There’s much that the new 2017 Audi A7 offers apart from the exceptional looks. It comes with stunning looks, plenty of luxurious amenities, a top-shelf design, a powerful V8 engine, ample interior space, and an impressive cargo space with an easy-to-stow luggage compartment. Unlike the previous model that was available in a lone trim level, the new model adds a second one resulting in a minor reshuffling of features and technologies. Its release date should be expected sometime in early 2017.

Fighting The Prejudice

No effort has been spared by Audi in revising the 2017 Audi A7. It is one of the few cars in the automotive industry that has broken the traditional notion that luxury cars should definitely be sedans. Beyond the style, the new A7 also makes a strong statement with its performance and luxurious accommodations.

For starters, the new model was introduced six years ago as a rival to the Mercedes-Benz CLS. It became the first Audi model to feature a lift-back design since the ‘70s. It garnered quite a substantial following thanks to its comprehensive engine lineup and appealing design. This popularity even led BMW to launch its own 6 Series Gran Coupe. First forward to 2017, and Audi is up in arms with new technologies and features for the A7 in order to make it competent in its class.

Changed Interior And Old Exterior

Expect extra interior features, new wheels, and a new exterior paint. The style remains a carryover and which we have no qualms with given the admiration it still gets from its aficionados. Alternatives available in the market include the 2017 BMW 6 Series, 2017 Porsche Panamera, and the 2017 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class. While there’s no doubt the rivals here are no-brainer in terms of their technologies, equipment, luxury amenities, and performance, the Audi A7 2017 is hard to resist.

Expected Price And A Release Date For The 2017 Audi A7

When it comes to the price of the new A7, buyers should expect to pay a premium of $68,800 for the Audi A7 3.0T Premium Plus, and $76,550 for the Audi A7 3.0T Competition Prestige model. Leasing is an option. As regards the release date, sources in the know say an early-2017 is most likely given the existing circumstances.

The 2017 Audi A7 Sportback continues to impress even in the absence of new design change. This is of course due to the facelift it got back in 2014 which brought about a sportier stance, and more angular elements.
